The First Council was a council of all the first Narnians called and created by Aslan when Narnia was just five hours old, to discuss the evil, which was the White Witch, that had arrived in Narnia.
The known participants were the Chief Dwarf, The River God, theOak, the He-Owl, the Ravens, and the Bull-Elephant.
