*My point is just that 'revolution' is more applicable to a war where rulers ''native'' to the country in question are overthrown (ie French and Russian revolutions). Uprising better describes a war where oppresed natives overthrow foreign rulers. [[User:Poggin|Poggin]] 11:42, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

*To add, a revolution creates a new form of government for a country, whereas the so called 'Narnian Revolution' returned Narnia to it's previous state of government.[[User:Poggin|Poggin]] 15:59, 10 June 2008 (UTC)

- Should this be described as a revolution? Isn't it more of an uprising? Poggin 15:51, 21 May 2008 (UTC)

Hmmm...

I've just always thought of uprising and revolution kind of as the same thing. But there are so many articles already on here that include the word "Revolution" so uprising sounds better... Jigglewiggle 16:08, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
