Adaptation-based Information
The following information originates only from the Chronicles of Narnia adaptations, meaning it does not exist in the original chronicles.

An ogre is a large creature native to Narnia. In many ways, they are similar to trolls and cyclopes, as they share their low intelligence and massive size. Yet, ogres appear to be bigger and more intelligent than both.

They were followers of the Jadis (Walden). One served as Jadis' jailer at her castle. More were summoned by her along with the rest of her army and attended the sacrifice of Aslan (Walden), where an ogre was responsible for shaving his mane with a pair of shears.

In Prince Caspian, few ogres survived by; presumably they are living in the hills of Archenland.

Behind the scenes[]

In The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (2005) the jailer in Jadis's castle is an Ogre. Also they are seen a lot in the Battle of Beruna.

In the first Narnia video game, an Ogre is the boss on the Beaversdam level, and are also minor enemies throughout the game.

Since Ogres appeared in the first Narnia movie; they also appear in the Prince Caspian (video game), where they fight with the Narnians on the side of good against King Miraz and the Telmarine army.
