Horse
From The Chronicles of Narnia Wiki
Horses were talking animals in the world of Narnia. However, not all horses were capable of speech. All horses could be used as a mount, though the talking horses were only used as mounts in times of great need such as times of war. Centaurs were half-horse half-human creatures. Other types of horses in Narnia are the Unicorns, Ipotanes, and Pegasi.
[edit] Appearances
Horses were in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, Horses suffered the Hundred-Year Winter that Jadis created and many were turned to stone by her wand. However, some of them traveled to Beruna to see Aslan. Horses were part of Aslan's Army in the First Battle of Beruna against the White Witch's Army.
Many horses were mentioned in The Horse and His Boy where they are riders to the humans of Archenland and the Kings and Queens of Narnia.
After the kings and queens disappeared, Horses became dumb beasts after the invasion of the Telmarines and they all become riders to them. After Aslan's return and magic returned, every horse gets the power of sppech where they act very intelligent toward the humans.
During the last days at Narnia, Horses fought with the Narnians against the Calormenes at Stable Hill. Horses were running wildly when Tash, the Calormene god appeared out of the stable during the battle. Just as the end of the world arrived and Tash sent back to his country, Horse gathered with every creature as they enter to Aslan's Country to enjoy peacefully and see many others that have died in the past.
