The Giants' cookbook was the cookbook used by the Harfang giants. The book was arranged in alphabetical order. Only three entries are known: Mallard, Man and Marsh-wiggle.

The book was very helpful to Eustace Scrubb, Jill Pole and Puddleglum on their quest to find Prince Rillian, because they had not known up to that point that the Harfang giants meant to eat them as part of their Autumn Feast.
